Jobdescription :

  • Managing, delegating tasks and overseeing store staff, sales promotion staff, cashiers and any in-store staff will all need to be properly managed to ensure that they complete their assigned tasks in a timely manner and follow corresponding work schedule made.
  • Monitor their store’s finances in collaboration and as required by the finance manager
  • Must have a knowledge about point of sale (POS) systems to financial software, and must be comfortable using a variety of software typically used by retail companies
  • Will be in charged with delegating and performing tasks related to upkeep and organization, including the rearranging of shelves, the setting up of displays and the cleanliness and care of the store and products
  • Designing and making promotional program and launching of new products for showroom, collaborating and coordinating with Mall administration based on mall procedures and coordinating requests for installation of promotional tools via banners/e-banners
  • Make sure that all items are in stock while always striving to eliminate as much waste as possible. This involves coordinating deliveries, checking inventory numbers, coordinating with stock officer, recording broken, missing or stolen merchandise and planning special discount offers as needed.
  • Need to assist in-store customers when needed. From finding specific items, monitoring delivery of items, to correcting pricing mistakes to administering refunds or discounts.
  • Must manage and maintain relationship well with regular showroom customer ensuring releasing information about latest products.
  • Create and implement policies and procedures in the showroom. Create analysis and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports based on sales, marketing and operational activities in the showroom. Look for opportunity and provide input to head office about retail conditions.

Requirements :

  • Have experience on managing international branded store
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate affectively within a multinational environment
  • Positive attitude and strives to cultivate great team culture
  • Must be motivated, ambitious and possess exceptional sales
  • Strong negotiation and analytical problem solving skills is a must
  • Target oriented
