Kualifikasi:

  • Minimal D3 in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Delivery / Transportasi / Health Care Company
  • Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan SAP
  • Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan Ms.Office (terutama Excel)

General Responsibilies

  • Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
  • Supervise execution of supply chain management activities to support client and customer solutions
  • Execute procurement guidelines on inventory holding against order fulfillment and report inconsistent practices
  • Review inventory policies and procedures to improve inventory planning and control
  • Evaluate supply chain deficiencies and suggest standards/practices to maximize performance
  • Coordinate supply chain strategic initiatives/programs to optimize supply chain performance
  • Prepare supply chain reports and analyses to facilitate management decision-making
  • Build effective business relationships with clients, customers, government agencies and service providers
  • Maintain productive working relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Finance, Product Management, etc.)

Deskripsi pekerjaan :

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of Supply Chain functions to support Business Unit growth, operational efficiencies and service standards
  • Support the development and enhancement of distribution center strategies, policies and processes to optimize warehouse capacity, enhance productivity and minimize costs
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure the warehouse picking process is running smoothly and efficiently
  • Provide manpower reports daily and update the daily warehouse schedule as necessary
  • Conduct routine checks on the condition of equipment and report problems/breakdowns immediately
  • Analyze data for process deficiency and suggest solutions for improvement
  • Apply and follow distribution center standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in day-to-day warehouse operations
  • Conduct cycle counts, stock takes and analyses to drive stock accuracy
  • Conduct inspections and go through all pertinent checklists related to the quality of goods
  • Maintain relationships with logistic and transport vendors to ensure all delivery requirements are adhered to
  • Provide support and liaise with the IT team regarding the resolution of IT-related problems arising in the warehouse operations
  • Leadership responsibilities:Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Supply Chain Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning
  • Functional skills and knowledge:Demonstrate working understanding of distribution center, distribution and transportation
  • Proven hands-on experience in warehousing, inventory management, pick and pack functions
  • Demonstrate strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
