RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Develop and execute sales plans and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
2. Prepare, create detailed annual and monthly plans based on market research, competitor analysis, and sales performance data.
3. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and institutional partners to foster enrollment growth.
5. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience and high levels of satisfaction.
6. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges for growth and areas needing improvement.
7. Apply advanced sales techniques, including effective presentations, strategic negotiations, and successful deal closures tailored to the bachelor program market.
8. Prepare sales reports and performance summaries for management review. 
9. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product, to ensure consistent messaging and achieve common goals.
10. Attend educational conferences, industry events and networking functions to build relationships and expand the organization’s network within higher education.
11. Regularly monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure target achievement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree 
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, either in the education sector, services, or consumer products.
3. Preferably has experience as a sales supervisor in a similar organization
4. Extensive network and connections within the education industry, particularly in higher education.
5. Proficiency in employing various sales techniques, including presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
6. Competency in using CRM software and other sales data analysis tools.
7. Ability to develop effective sales plans and marketing strategies.
8. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
9. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
10. Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
11. English language both written and oral
