About the role
Jasper Kemilau Abadi is seeking an experienced Supervisor Research and Development Cosmetics to join our team in Tangerang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our research and development initiatives, driving innovation and supporting the company’s growth objectives.
What you’ll be doing
Manage and coordinate the work of the research and development team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new research opportunities and develop innovative solutions
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of R&D initiatives
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, sharing your knowledge and mentoring junior staff
Analyse research findings, identify trends and make recommendations to senior management
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
Contribute to the development of the company’s research and development strategy
What we’re looking for
Degree in a relevant scientific or technical field, such as engineering, chemistry or physics
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a research and development supervisory role, preferably within the laboratory or technical services industry
Proven track record of leading successful R&D projects and delivering innovative solutions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Thorough understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards
