Maersk Contract Logistics Indonesia is looking for Operation Supervisor!

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Supervisor to lead our operations team in Cakung. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing a team, and ensuring the achievement of company KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to attain company KPIs.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess team members’ strengths and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive work reports.
• Document and monitor all operational activities to maintain efficiency and compliance.
• Manage inventory accuracy by overseeing the issuance and receipt of goods according to company SOPs.
• Develop and implement efficient work schedules for the team.
• Oversee all warehouse transactions, including stock management and reporting.
• Maintain warehouse operations, including upkeep, record-keeping, and 5S implementation.
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Develop and execute work programs and quality targets aligned with company goals.
• Participate in weekly coordination meetings with the Internal SCM team.
• Collaborate with the CHB team to facilitate document export processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a 3PL environment with export/import handling experience.
• Proficiency in SAP and WMS systems.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic understanding of Good Warehouse Practice and Safety Management in Warehouse Operations.
• Willingness to be based in Cakung, Jakarta.
