PT Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia, located in Kawasan Industri Kendal, is looking for professional to fill in the above positions.

HR Supervisor is overseeing the daily operations of the human resources department. As an HR Supervisor, one must have a strong understanding of labor laws, possess analytical skills, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. This job is suited to individuals who are passionate about helping others, have strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in a teamwork environment.

The general responsibility covers:
 

• Managing staff, recruiting, hiring, and training employees, as well as handling employee relations and compliance issues.
• Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring company policies are followed, and implementing new HR policies as needed. 
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees at all levels of the organization, including top management.
  .

To hold the position you must have:
 

• A bachelor’s degree from technical or related university
• Minimum 5 years experience in factory, with 3 years as supervisor.
• Good command of written and spoken English. 
• Proficient in relevant software and hardware.
• Ability to learn and work fast.
• Willing to work in Kawasan Industri Kendal, Kabupaten Kendal.
