British American Tobacco Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for a SME Electrician in Malang, Indonesia!

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Knowledge of General Electric components (sensors, safety components, breakers, contactors, etc.).

• Familiarity with servo drive systems, pneumatics, and valves.

• Proficiency in using specific measurement equipment (pressure, vacuum, analog signals, digital signals, etc.).

• Experience with printing, labelling, camera systems, and barcode scanners.

• Expertise in PLC and HMI programming (Siemens, Beckhoff, Omron, etc.).

• Ability to perform analysis, modifications, and improvements.

• Capability to dismantle and commission machines.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field

• At least 4-5 years of experience as an electrician in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Having Tobacco industry experience is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Managing the maintenance of Secondary Manufacturing (SMD, FMD, and RYO), encompassing both business and people aspects, by formulating and executing a robust maintenance strategy, set up glidepath, by driving IWS (Integrated Work System) implementation. Drive the development of people capability in alignment with IWS Phase 3 requirements and beyond. Regularly review and monitor SMD Production Engineering KPIs, taking proactive measures and timely follow-up on corrective and Preventive actions to address any Red KPIs

Business:

•Maintenance Management: Oversee the maintenance strategy in Secondary Manufacturing ( SMD, FMD and RYO) by developing a comprehensive and clear maintenance strategy that encompasses all types of maintenance. Ensure the strategy aligns with organizational goals and drives operational excellence.

•IWS Implementation: Develop and execute the IWS (Integrated Work System) PM Step 4 & 5 implementation strategy and with IWS phase 3 Journey.

•Maintenance Cost: Monitor and review the maintenance machine costs for SMD, identifying opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining operational efficiency trough Loss Analysis.

•Project Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively manage and deliver projects on time by driving implementation of Initiatives Management (IM Pillar) – GSUM.

•100 % compliance to safety procedure and ensuring zero accident for all maintenance activities and project

People:

§Develop people capabilities plan for IWS phase 3 beyond including Leadership and Technical capability align with the skill matrix

§Periodic review skill matrix by conduct assessment to all Production Engineering Secondary Manufacturing Team
