Dibutuhkan!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Subject Content Officer (English) di kantor Yayasan Bina Nusantara untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.
Pengalaman yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Pendidikan/Pelatihan & Pendidikan serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.
PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Gaji yang kami berikan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Namun itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.
Communicate with Faculty/School related to lecture absentee matter
Coordinate with and related units to ensure the availability and readiness of the lecturing facility
Collaborate with the Student Registration and Scheduling Center (SRSC) and related Faculty to arrange for substitute lecturers when necessary
Collaborate with other related units for lecturer meeting preparation
Inform and organize lecturer handbook arrangement
Coordinate with the lecturer for examination material arrangement and logistic
Ensure effective lecturing and examination process compliance according to valid procedures
Validate student lecturing process (e.g., session log, student absentee list)
Lecturer’s Honorarium Process:
Review data accuracy and validate the lecturer’s honorarium data for further implementation and posting process in Lecturer Service Center (LSC)
Ensure accurate and in-time lecturer’s honorarium payment process (i.e., meeting attendance honorarium, Lecturing & Examination preparation process)
Verify lecture transactions validation and ensure the process is completed daily
Ensure all filling and documentation process is aligned with valid procedures
Provide lecturer and guest lecturer payment realization report
Ensure the remuneration process for the examination invigilator
Student Grading & Graduation:
Update and maintain progress with faculty/school to collect student grading data from lecturers
Prepare a report for related faculty/school regarding lecturer indiscipline act (e.g. lateness in submitting student grades, etc.)
Keep track and update the grading process timeline to the related lecturer
Provide valid and accurate students data for graduation:
o Verify the grade history of the student for graduation eligibility
o Summarize and report students’ data for graduation (only eligible students)
o Acquire legalization data of eligible graduates
o Verify the list of student data eligible for graduation from FII (name, place, and date of birth, place and period of practical work, final assignment/essay title, and photo) and ensure completeness of the information
Students Registration & Scheduling Process:
Guarantee effective implementation of course subject scheduling process (in class and laboratory activities) in BINUS ASO School of Engineering
Ensure the overall course subject classroom is scheduled accurately and well maintained (in coordination with SRSC)
Communicate student enrollment and scheduling process with SRSC
Verify and evaluate the examination & course schedule
Implement academic calendar and registration calendar
Communicate with Student Advisory Center for the student resignation process
Handle arrangement process for a short semester in BINUS ASO School of Engineering (e.g., inform related application form, payment info, scheduling information to SRSC)
Student Services:
Maintain the student services process and improve the quality of services to the customer (e.g., students, parents)
Ensure the completeness and availability of documents required to support the student services activities
Provide updated information to students (Regular and Online) related to various processes in BINUS ASO School of Engineering (e.g., academic operation information, payment process information, orientation program, various briefing)
Provide and maintain updated information to students using various media (e.g., LINE, message service)
Financial Student Services:
Ensure documents availability required for the student financial services process
Provide information and reminder for payment process timeline to students in BINUS ASO School of Engineering
Ensure effective process and information accuracy related to financial matters
Input and update student payment status to BCS. ***********
Operational Process:
Organize event and registration process for various student activities in BINUS ASO School of Engineering (e.g, Freshmen Enrichment Program, Academic Orientation, BINUS Festival)
Maintain and update the budget in the stock and non-stock budget
Keep track of the stock and non-stock request in the operations area
Propose and update working attributes required for related working area
Provide required order requests for the related items
Arrange reports related to various activities and processes in BINUS ASO School of Engineering (e.g., stock and non-stock budget, required payment, events)
Arrange BINUS card acquirement process for students in BINUS ASO School of Engineering (e.g., student data gathering, sending and informing to BINUS Card Center)
Management Support Activities:
Provide Report to direct Supervisor
Suggest improvement process related to activities in the area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort, and cost)
Perform activities related to Quality Management System
Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in the related study program
Minimum 2 years of experience
