Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

As a Student Success Intern, you will play an important role in supporting students throughout their learning journey in Bitlabs Bootcamp.
Job Description:
- Monitor progress and motivate students to stay on track throughout the whole learning process
- Build relationship and manage communication with students and Mentors to accommodate their questions, challenges, and feedbacks
- Facilitate, monitor, and evaluate mentors’ weekly activities with students to maintain satisfaction and performance towards the program.
- Collaborate alongside the Learning and Development Team in order to best meet job-relevant learning experience for students.
- Analyze and create report based on data related to students and mentor performance/database
Requirements:
- Available for internship at least 6 months and currently in min. 7th semester
- GPA > 3.25 in Information System/Information Technology/Business/Economy/Accounting/Mathematics
- Experienced as Leader/Head/Manager in Student’s Organization
- Genuine passion in supporting young talents through learning and development
- High empathy, Proactive, great communication skill
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- A Tech-Savvy, having proficiency using online spreadsheets, docs, slides, search engine also familiar with online conference tools (Zoom, G-meet)Passionate to learn about Data Analytics
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
- Facilitate and inspire students to persevere throughout the whole learning journey
- Available to work hybrid and commute to BSD City
