Kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Student Services Staff (Tangerang) di tempat usaha Yayasan Bina Nusantara untuk kota/kab Tangerang District & Banten atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami inginkan adalah Layanan Konsumen – Call Center (Call Center & Layanan Konsumen) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki syarat yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Job description & requirements

Job Descriptions

Student Document Services:
• Receive and prepare all necessary documents that needed for the student services process
• Distribute student documents (e.g. graduation documents, etc.)
• Receive and check document completeness from internship project and final project (soft cover & hard cover)
• Maintain and update records of customer transactions

Student Financial Services:
• Receive other academic related and manual tuition payment process. Register the payment data based on related payment type
• Receive student’s application for scholarship and collect the request
• Provide prompt respond and service to students related to financial services
• Receive and record other income (e.g. Binusian Card Flazz, DNK, etc.)

Student Services Center Process Support:
• Prepare all student documents before distribution process (e.g. Student Guide Book, letter request, etc.)
• Upload various announcement to Binus Maya
• Receive and process students letter request regarding documents in Student Services Center
• Check the completeness of documents in Student Services Center

Stakeholder Inquires Respond :
• Respond promptly to students/other stakeholders inquiries through CRM, email, phone or send it directly to related parties
• Oversee all inquiries using CRM
• Follow up and direct various unresolved inquiries to related parties
• Handle and resolve all stakeholder inquiries based on service level agreement (SLA)
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Maintain and update record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• Maintain and update record details of actions taken
• Manage related administration
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Management Support Activities:
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement:
•Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester)

Work Exposure/ Experience:
•No working experience
