Job Descriptions

Scheduling and Registration Coordination:

  • Organize work plan and monitor the course scheduling process and registration
  • Coordinate process in obtaining lecturers teaching activity status
  • Analyze and evaluate scheduling data
  • Coordinate process in gathering lecturers’ teaching availability data
  • Coordinate course subject enrollment process
  • Analyze registration result and create student profile based on course preference
  • Analyze and calculate class enrollment possibilities per course subject
  • Suggest further development related to information system to enhance work related efficiency
  • Coordinate with related area for procedure adjustment, renewal and/or other decision-making process required

Scheduling and Registration Monitoring:

  • Monitor and coordinate day-to-day operational process in Scheduling process and registration area
  • Monitor and ensure data confidentiality in class Scheduling and Registration area
  • Monitor the overall class scheduling and registration process (i.e., preparation, course scheduling) and ensure its compliance to valid procedure
  • Evaluate the overall scheduling data in Course Scheduling and Registration area center
  • Evaluate the current information systems in Course Scheduling and Registration area to enhance further service for students and lecturers

Exam Scheduling:

  • Coordinate with Faculty/School/Center related to exam preparation
  • Coordinate with related units to ensure the availability and readiness of exam papers and lecturing facilities

Thesis:

  • Prepare the thesis schedule (briefing, proposal submission, proposal defense, report submission, final defense, etc.)
  • Coordinate and monitor for the thesis schedule (briefing, proposal submission, proposal defense, report submission, final defense, etc.)
  • Coordinate with program for eligible lecturers to be supervisor and examiner
  • Coordinate and monitor for the mapping supervisory process
  • Coordinate and monitor for the proposal and final defense schedule and grading

Management Support Activities:

  • Provide Report to direct Supervisor
  • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
  • Perform activities related to Quality Management System
  • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience, including 2 years in a supervisory position
  • Willing to be placed at BINUS Medan Campus and work onsite daily
  • Special Skill: Knowledge of Student Operation Management
