Job Responsibilities

• Institutional Activities – supervises all institutional events as stipulated in the Student Calendar of Activities. Coordinates with respective colleges/departments, and endorses to CSDL director qualified faculty advisers/staff and student leaders who will serve as committee members for institutional events.
• Student Services – responsible for creating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating institutional standards on student services and recommends interventions for improvements.
• Leadership Programs – in coordination with CSDL director, prepares and designs leadership programs and opportunities for student leaders heading therecognized school organizations.
• Communications – in coordination with CSDL director , promptly issues communication materials, announcements, procedures and memoranda concerning the unit
• Student Activities – monitors and evaluates student activities of the student council and all recognized student organizations and ensure that planned activities are aligned with school’s overall strategic plan and the department ‘s objectives. This will also include supporting and preparing students who represent the school for selected external competitions.
• Student Organization – facilitates the recognition /accreditation, supervision and monitoring of all student groups including the evaluation of their plans and activities. Creates and establishes institutional guidelines on recognizing exemplary performance and involvement or various student organizations including student publication, in co-curricular and extra- curricular activities and these organizations are affirmed during the leadership camps.
• Accreditation – prepares documents related to accreditation. List will include but not limited to the following :

a. List of updated student council and student organization officers, achievement reports and documentary evidences

b. Student organization profile including Constitution and By-laws with certificate of recognition

c. Copy of Organization Activity Plan

d. Copy of student publication, if any

e. Student discipline records – in coordination with the discipline committee for the conduct of investigation of cases

• Perform other inherent duties assigned by the CSDL Director or COO from time to time.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of education, behavioral science or any related field
• At least 1 yeart experience in student services or any related field
• Must have the ability to plan, execute and evaluate activities for the students and by the students
• Has good speaking and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Has the capacity to maintain relationship with higher officials and collagues
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), use of internet, email and google drive
