A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for strategic account management including country level SAM performance, and the assigned accounts’ strategic priorities, and developing appropriate value-added programs for each account.
• Develops and drives appropriate portfolio management to expand and protect market share and build long-term contractual agreements and relationships with strategic accounts and key customers.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining Senior/C-Suite/Department head level relationships with strategic accounts and working with them to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Able to map out the key stakeholders in each strategic account and build clear strategy to ensure business growth.
• Collaborate and work closely with internal stakeholders e.g., sales, finance, marketing, T&E, and all other functional teams to implement and execute account level initiatives.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in medical/Biomedical/Science or Business Management
• Minimum 7-12 years of relevant work experience

Your Profile

• Strong understanding of healthcare, MedTech business in local country – able to understand macro and healthcare dynamics to engage senior stakeholders, understand account vision and needs beyond product.
• Business acumen and ability to develop strategic partnership proposals for external/internal discussions.
• Team player and communicator, able to influence and align external/internal stakeholders e.g., business leaders, function leaders for support.
