We’re seeking a passionate Strategic & Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. You’ll leverage market research and your creative spark to craft impactful digital campaigns that achieve client goals. TXT Services, our proprietary suite of tools, empowers you to translate insights into high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Craft compelling briefs defining campaign goals and target audiences for various platforms.
• Unlock consumer insights by weaving market data, qualitative research, and product knowledge into insightful briefs, inspiring the creative team to develop innovative ideas that resonate.
• Ensure seamless alignment between client metrics and campaign execution, fostering data-driven decision-making.
• Become a competitive intelligence expert, analyzing brands, experiences, and campaigns using industry-standard analytics tools.
• Collaborate with account teams, business development, and experience strategy to identify new opportunities for existing clients.
• Actively participate in consumer research, brand, social, and campaign analytics discussions, ensuring alignment with client metrics.
• Monitor campaign performance using TxT Services, providing regular reports to teams and staying ahead of industry trends to propose innovative ideas for continuous success.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Strategic Planning & Analytics or similar role.
• Proven experience in Advertising agency is a PLUS.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing data-driven creative campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of Brand Architecture, Qualitative & Quantitative Research Methodologies, Strategic Marketing, and Brand Management.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate digital strategies into measurable campaign goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between data and creative teams.
• Creative and innovative mindset for developing impactful campaigns.
