Responsibility : 

• Write sharp, inspiring creative briefs & presentations; conduct and manage campaign reports working closely with Aloshop’s Client
• Helping to drive key marketing projects and day to day communications with our on-site creative teams.
• Manage project to each department needed
• Proactive with suggestions about how propositions, briefs and comms can be improved.
• Working closely with E-Commerce teams such as Livestream, Creative team, and Digital Marketing  across the Aloshop  business units 
• Develop proposals with insight & strategic campaign plan to win the project 
• Identify key opportunities to drive client value and collaborate with clients 
• Ability to conduct both primary and secondary research, and adjust approach depending on resources 
• Be proactive, provoke debate, and identify what the strategy for future discussion should be 

Requirements

• Minimum 2  years of experience in an ecommerce platform, Digital Agency, or startup 
• An innate ability to spot trends as well as be highly curious about consumer behavior
• Champion of creativity; appreciates creative craft and has worked on recognized creative campaigns in the region
• Has an entrepreneurial spirit, and is able to be nimble and scrappy when resources are limited. Creative problem-solving is always a plus!
• Strong communication skills, the ability to be clear and inspiring in written and verbal communications
• Strong planning skills, be creative and good at brain-storming 
• Strong commercial understanding to ensure thinking is grounded in clients’ business issues
