Kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER di kantor PT Tera Achiever untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan serta sekitarnya.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Strategic Account Manager
Responsibilities :
· Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders (C Level, Middle Management & Execution Team)
· Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to align Frontier Technology & Netcore solutions effectively.
· Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for clients within the organization.
· Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each client’s business objectives.
· Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and recommend upselling or cross-selling strategies.
· Collaborate with clients to align their business goals with Frontier Technology & Netcore products and services.
· Address client concerns and issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams to resolve challenges.
· Provide proactive solutions to potential roadblocks, ensuring client success and satisfaction.
· Analyze data and metrics to offer insights and recommendations for improving client outcomes.
· Maintain a deep understanding of the marketing automation product suite and its capabilities.
· Educate clients on new features, enhancements, and best practices to optimize product usage.
· Identify opportunities for product enhancement or customization based on client feedback.
· Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide seamless client experiences.
· Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment for new clients.
· Coordinate with customer support to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
· Track and analyze key account metrics
· Provide insights to internal teams to drive improvements in the product and service offerings.
Requirements :
· Have a minimum of 2 years experience in strategic account management, preferably in the marketing automation or SAAS industry.
· Demonstrated success in managing complex client relationships and driving client satisfaction
· Strong understanding of marketing automation and SAAS industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.
· Familiarity with relevant tools, platforms, and technologies used in the industry.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
· Ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
· Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
· Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and identify opportunities.
· Ability to think strategically and develop customized account plans that align with client goals and company objectives.
· Skilled in negotiation and contract renewal processes to maximize client retention and revenue growth.
· Effective time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
· A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is typically required. A master’s degree can be an advantage.
· Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value and ensuring client success.
· Ability to adapt to evolving client needs, industry changes, and company updates.
