Kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Strategic Account Manager (Indonesia) di kantor RAMSSOL GROUP untuk daerah Jakarta Barat serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang kita butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Korporasi serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk syarat yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 15.000.000 - Rp 20.000.000.

We are looking for a passionate team player to join our Sales Team; to sell our Company’s products and services to business enterprises and government organizations. The Strategic Account Manager’s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

To be successful, you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, you’ll strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible. Ultimately, a

top-notch Sales Professionals should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

Job Descriptions:

  • Builds business by identifying and selling to prospects, and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Some of the Key Sales Activities include:
  • Actively seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Assist in completing and submitting accurate project Tender Documentation, Sales Proposals, new business paperwork or etc.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections and problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Working closely with Marketing and participating on behalf of the company in
  • exhibitions or conferences.
  • Be a team player to support the rest of the teammates towards the best outcome.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience with a proven sales track record.
  • Experience in working with IT or the digital industry is an added advantage.
  • Experience in client presentation with knowledge/experience to sell values and solutions to organizations’ needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
  • An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
