 Requirements

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as a Restaurant Manager/Sipervisor/Leader of an F&B chain is a Must
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Proven food and beverage management and customer service experience
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Strong leadership, good follow up and coordination skill.
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to understand menu troughly to inform customers and team staff
• Master the skill of Barista and coffee equipment 
• Understand the inventory scheme well
• In-depth understanding in-store profit and loss (P&L) report, Food hygiene, Health & Safety
• Understand each KPI component for outlet and how to achieve them
• Understand the process of solving problems related to operational issues
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsooft Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently, mastery in delegating multiple tasks, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to Speak English is preferable
• Maximum Age Around 40 Years Old

Responsibilities

• Manage in total 8 outlets at the same time (Gandaria, Kemang, Senayan Park, Menteng, Pantai Indah Kapuk, Alam Sutera, BSD, Sentul) and more.
• Manage all Outlet’s F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Manage all Operational Staff Schedule
• Preserve each outlet excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Lead all Outlets Team by training and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures
• Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Control operational Expenses and identify measures to cut waste
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
