About the role

We are seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our team as Management Trainees, Assistant Store Managers, and Store Managers in our stores in Serang, Jabodetabek & Bandung. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant retail stores, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage the overall operations of the store, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance

• Lead and motivate a team of passionate retail professionals to deliver outstanding customer experiences

• Ensure efficient and effective store processes, including cash handling, merchandising, and loss prevention

• Identify and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with the regional management team to develop and execute store-level initiatives

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional in-store experiences

• Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control

• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
