Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general management of a retail store
  • Building & maintaned good relationship with customer & handled customer’s complaint
  • Oversee and manage all operational activities of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations
  • Handle customer end to end (include facial treatment)
  • Ensure that beauty advisor can achieve targets
  • Manage daily store operations
  • Monitored target achievement & conducted regular stock opname

Qualifications:

  • Minimum D3 Degree
  • Have min. 2 years of experience as Leader Store/ 5 years as Beautician (Must be from the field of beauty clinics)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • People management skills – leadership, patience, honesty, humility, courage
  • Can Speak English 
  • Strong analytical skills regarding store performance
  • Willing to work on holidays and shifts
  • Store located at Mall Artha Gading, North Jakarta
