The candidate will be essential to maintaining the retail store’s seamless functioning as well as the accomplishment of projects and initiatives. In order to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and meet corporate goals, this role entails managing retail operations, supervising a group of store staff, and organizing project activities. Strong leadership abilities, prior retail management experience, and a drive to produce outstanding outcomes are requirements for the suitable applicant.
Key responsibilities
- Manage every facet of retail operations, such as sales, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service.
- Maintain a safe and effective working environment by making sure that all business policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed.
- Keep an eye on KPIs related to store performance, such as inventory turnover, customer satisfaction levels, and sales targets, and adjust as necessary.
- Manage and inspire a group of retail colleagues, creating a welcoming and upbeat work atmosphere.
- Establish performance standards and targets for the group, give coaching and feedback on a regular basis, and carry out performance reviews.
- Determine the needs for training and development, and give store associates the chance to advance their careers and enhance their skills.
- Promote a culture of first-rate customer care and make sure every shop employee provides consumers with unique and unforgettable experiences.
- Respond to consumer questions, comments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work along with the Operations and Project Management teams to carry out initiatives and projects pertaining to the shop, including product launches, promotional events, and store renovations.
- Make sure that project budgets and schedules are followed, that milestones are completed on time, and that stakeholders are effectively informed.
- Create and put into action plans to boost revenue and drive sales growth, such as cross-selling programs, product promotions, and customer interaction efforts. Examine market trends and sales data to find areas where your company may grow and improve.
