Segera dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Store Development Manager di kantor PT Talenta Guna Nusantara untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang usaha kami inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan yang PT kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 15.000.000 - Rp 20.000.000.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • 5 years of dedicated Store Development experience focus on market roll out
  • Experience in negotiation & networking.
  • Project management (construction schedule, quality & budget management).
  • Knowledge and experience in construction (regulation, bidding & contract management).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail.

Job Descriptions :

  • Manage store leasing work through all phases, from feasibility study of projects till the hand over to the store operation team.
  • Gather information of store development and searching for properties. (Such as; considering optimum location of stores, analyze sales activities, making decisions on opening stores or not).
  • Develop Store network and lead the negotiation (negotiating on lease conditions, lease space, leasing fee, lease agreement, and basic store layout in line with store development standards).
  • Coordination with principal to design, prepare documents and obtain all necessary permits in a timely manner.
  • Supervise and manage the project management to meet building requirements and quality control.
  • Stay within set budgets, for all store opening, closures and refits
  • Provide Market Forecast.
  • Other duties as requested by your Head of Department.
