Segera dibutuhkan. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Stem Cell Therapy Support Supervisor / Staff di perusahaan PT Daewoong Pharmaceutical Company Indonesia untuk daerah Cikarang Timur & Jawa Barat serta sekitarnya.
Skill yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Penelitian Klinis/Medis (Kesehatan & Medis) serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

[Stem Cell Therapy Support Supervisor]
■ Responsibilities:
Communication with Stakeholders: Facilitating communication between the responsible physician, research team members, participants, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders involved in the clinical research project.
Project Planning and Coordination: Overseeing the planning phase of the stem cell clinical research project, including setting timelines, allocating resources, and establishing protocols in line with regulatory requirements.
Treatment Administration: Coordinating the administration of stem cell treatments as per the research protocol, including scheduling appointments, managing treatment logistics, and ensuring adherence to standardized procedures.
Data Collection and Management: Overseeing the collection, recording, and management of data related to the clinical research, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
■ Qualifications:

Min. Bachelor Degree or higher with preferred major in Biological Area, Clinical Research Management and Nursing
Min. 5 years experience in clinical research (for Manager, Min. 10 years experience)
Previous experience in clinical research area
Experience with project management and have excellent time management skills
Willing to be placed in Cikarang

Proficient in English (both oral & written)
Good communication skills – verbal and written
