Qualification:

Job Description :

• Coordinate and execute the established work plans of the section
• Implement proposed improvements to the organizational development system to enhance the organization’s competitiveness in the industry
• Collect, document, classify, and process data related to organizational development as a basis for further analysis for projections and policy recommendations
• Conduct assessments and identify assessment results to be used as a basis for employee mapping and talent management development within the company
• Conducting analysis and evaluating the effectiveness of the organizational structure in line with the company’s transformation in the implementation of work programs and strategies
• Implement the competency framework for the organization in accordance with the company’s transformation in executing work programs and strategies
• Update the organizational structure in line with the company’s transformation in executing work programs and strategies
• Schedule and coordinate comprehensive, effective, and efficient performance evaluations, and ensure the availability of objective performance measurement tools
• Implement programs that promote company cultural values to enhance organizational engagement
• Participate in and review training and development programs to develop new methods that meet the company’s needs
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to supervisors regarding the implementation of activities, including reports on planning, execution, and evaluation of activities, as well as budget absorption and management
