Staff Accounting for Surabaya

Requirements:

• Education D3/ SMK Accounting is preferable
• Should have good interpersonal communication skill, dynamic
• Candidates should send their resumes, academic certificate, recent photograph,
• Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in Accounting, preferably within general industry
• Will be place in Surabaya

Responsibilities:

• Implement the accounting system guidelines that have been approved by management, starting from examining accounting evidence, recording, classifying to preparing financial reports according to the guidelines of applicable Indonesian accounting principles
• Examining and signing bank reconciliations, accounts receivable mutation reports, accounts payable mutation reports, inventory mutation reports before being submitted to superiors
• Checking and supervising petty cash expenditures in accordance with predetermined procedures
• Checking the petty cash report made by the cashier to request reimbursement of petty cash funds
• Checking and guaranteeing that every receipt of billing results has been deposited to the bank
• Monitor the calculation, deposit and reporting of all taxes that must be paid by the company and continuously monitor the development of tax regulations
• Periodically, coordinate the implementation of physical inventory checks (Stock Taking) of goods in the warehouse
• Checking the making of minutes of the physical results of inventory in the warehouse before being submitted to the Accounting superiors
• Make management reports from its part periodically
• Sign accounting forms/proofs in accordance with the authority specified in the company’s accounting procedures
• Carry out other tasks assigned by superiors according to their position
