Kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Stable Health Customer Care di perusahaan Stable Group untuk kota/kab Jakarta Pusat serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami inginkan adalah Pelayanan & Layanan Pelanggan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun untuk persyaratan yang PT kami butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 5.000.000 - Rp 6.500.000.

Stable Group runs 7 days a week phone answering service for Australian clients. Requiring constant training and monitoring towards improving the client’s call experience as well as optimising our team’s potential to grow.

Looking for a person who:

●       Is a proactive team player

●       Can lead and motivate from good to great.

●       Has proven experience that can relate to the nature of the role

●       Thrives in a role where flexibility is a must, adaptability is required and initiative is paramount

●       Exceptional communication skills (Near native English speaking) – You will be receiving calls from Australian customer

●       Strong English call center experience will be preferred

●       Possess the willingness to learn and develop

●       Has a fun and outgoing personality

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all activities within the team and providing guidance to each end’s goal.
  • Data analysis and reporting; including developing sales and marketing reports, monthly sales activity as well as flash figures.
  • Telephone answering (Australian clients)  
  • Ensure to track and store monthly systems production reports. 
  • Evaluate market information and prepare reports as well as rate analysis required for management and sales staff. 
  • Assist sales and marketing staff as necessary at any phase of sales plus marketing efforts. 
  • Support to develop marketing collateral. 
  • Data entry to an online booking system.
  • Assist and support management team.
  • Conflict resolutions.

To be successful you are degree qualified and have proven extensive experience in related field. You have demonstrable excellent communication and relationship skills in addition to knowledge in various social media platforms, database management, email, social and website strategies will be an advantage.

Requirements

  • a Bachelor’s Degree, Linguistics/Languages, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Personal Services, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required language: English (Good and effective communicator).
  • Experience abroad is highly regarded.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position. An acting team leader role or supervisor / coordinators experience specializing in customer care or equivalent will be an advantage.
  • Punctual and must be able to accept roster changes and public holiday shifts.
  • Working hours 8 hours a day between: 5:00/6.00 am to 2:00/3:00 pm Monday to Friday or over the weekend (if needed).
  • Lives within 1-hour travel time of our office (Bendungan Hilir)
  • Must be available to travel to Melbourne for 2 – 4 weeks for further training if required. All expenses will be paid by the company but it is imperative to have all documents in order and ready.

Stable Group started business in 1998 as a qualified massage therapist place with a focus on hard working clients who were developing chronic aches and pains. This resulted in developing our own brand of deep tissue massage techniques to reduce stiffness and aches, helping with pain reduction, increasing mobility and range of movement.
