Job description & requirements
We’re looking for a team member in our fast-growing company as Sr. UX Designer. You’ll be working on interesting projects from multiple clients in various industries. Collaborating with other team roles from UX Researchers, Software Engineers, Project Managers, and Digital Analysts to provide the best solutions for clients.
Job Descriptions:
- Lead and conduct user research activities to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Synthesize research findings to generate insights that drive design decisions.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to inform design strategies.
- Create information architecture and site maps to establish a clear structure for digital products.
- Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes that illustrate the layout and functionality of interfaces.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interactions that enhance usability and overall user satisfaction.
- Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
- Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing sessions to validate design choices.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistent design patterns and styles across products.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the UX design team.
- Lead by example in terms of design best practices, processes, and methodologies.
- Apply innovative approaches to design challenges and advocate for best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Visual Communication Design / Interaction Design or other related fields
- Min. 5 years of experience in UI/UX Design (Website & Mobile Apps). Preferably equipped with leadership experience.
- Strong portfolio with case studies that prove high proficiency in designing web & mobile apps for various types of industries
- Expert proficiency with the following design tools: Figma & Adobe Illustrator
- Advanced knowledge of UX processes and methodologies
- Advanced skills in the visual hierarchy, composition/layout, responsive design, micro animation, and mobile principles
- Expert in building Design Systems
- Excellent communication skills (both in English and Bahasa Indonesia)
- Self-motivated, brave & bold in every design, & excellent communicator
- Willing to hybrid work at Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
