This company is currently engaged in the natural resources sector with operational areas in East Halmahera, North Konawe, North Morowali, Central Sulawesi. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to Kepala Teknik Tambang
• Prepare a mine plan/pit design, based on predetermined production targets
• Prepare quarterly and semester rolling plans
• Prepare mining reports as part of evaluation, RKAB, and RKTTL 
• Monitor and control production targets, as well as analyze and evaluate the mining progress
• Evaluate and analyze the performance of heavy equipment (heavy equipment and transportation equipment), utility facilities and availability of production units 
• Calculate the optimization of heavy equipment requirements according to the production plan 
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production target plans 
• Prepare reports and present production achievements in weekly and monthly meetings
• Evaluate and recalculate reserves based on latest topographic (monthly)
• Take the initiative to carry out improvement processes that can produce real benefits
• Understand and carry out working processes according to agreed procedures to achieve working effectiveness and efficiency
• Collaborate with the across department to meet company goals and objectives
• Coaching and developing subordinates

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male, min. 25 years old
•  A Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable university
• Experienced min. 4 years in nickel-mine planner
• Hold certified mine planner and/or certified mine planner software (AutoCAD, MineScape or Surpac), will be advantageous
• Strong knowledge and update in mining regulation, including work safety and environmental management, also update in mining technology developments
• Has a strong planning and scheduling, effective and efficient project management with cost orientation
• Able to adapt and respond quickly to changing conditions, and work effectively under pressure to meet established target/goals
• Keen on detailed and have strong analytical and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and deal with people at all levels professionally
• Should be proactive and self-motivated with a good attitude, highly interpersonal skill, and discipline
• Fluency in English both verbal and written is a must
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
