Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for digital transformation within the transportation industry and define a roadmap for product development and innovation. (roadmap)
• Crafting a compelling value proposition as part of the product positioning that clearly communicates the unique benefits of the product or service
• The ability to gather and analyse data about the target market, customer needs, competitors, and industry trends. 
• Segmentation: Identifying and categorizing potential customers based on demographics, behaviours, and other relevant criteria.
• Establish and manage pricing strategies, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability and margin targets.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, identifying key market segments, and setting sales goals.
• Effectively communicate product development updates and strategies to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate product features and benefits to customers

Requirements 

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline 
• 10+ years of total working experience with 5+ experience in product development, with a focus on the transportation or has working experience in the multinational company. 
• Strong understanding in the Pricing and Fleet Management System Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional product development teams. 
• Experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to navigate complex and dynamic environments.
• Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and create strategic roadmaps aligned with overall business objectives.
