Description

As the Senior Brand Innovation Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our new products. This position combines analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and collaborative skills to identify market opportunities, analyse data, and work closely with the R&D team to bring innovative products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Utilise data and other market research tools to identify emerging trends, consumer behaviour, and potential growth opportunities within the F&B industry.

• New Product Development (NPD): Lead the ideation, conceptualisation, and development of new products, ensuring they align with market trends and consumer preferences.

• Collaboration with R&D: Work closely with the Research and Development team to translate insights into tangible product concepts, ensuring that innovation is at the forefront of product development.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for new product launches, considering market positioning, target audience, and competitive landscape.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, Sales, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of product launches.

• Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and regularly monitor the performance of launched products, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in brand management and new product development.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and consumer insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
