The Account Management Lead for Fashion is responsible for overseeing and nurturing relationships with fashion industry clients, ensuring their success on the platform. This role involves strategizing and executing plans to drive growth and engagement while delivering a top-tier service experience.

Description

• Obtain and nurture brands, key vendors, and major retailers that play a significant role in generating high GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).
• Establish and sustain strong merchant relationships, engage in negotiations, and secure favorable agreements, taking into account specific campaigns or seasonal factors.
• Identify fresh opportunities for collaboration that align with merchants’ short-term and long-term growth strategies, and construct Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
• Uphold the quality of service offered by sellers, aiming for low cancellation and return rates, efficient shipping times, and other factors that boost conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee mid- and long-tail merchants through the use of scalable incubation and management programs and tools.

Profile

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Candidates should ideally possess 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a preference for direct experience in relevant categories.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential.
• Attention to detail, comfort with numerical data, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
• Preference will be given to candidates with established connections with brands and prominent sellers.
• Being a collaborative team player, quick learner, and adaptable to change is highly valued.
• Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint is expected.
• Proficiency in both English and the local Indonesian languages is mandatory.
