Job Purpose:

As the Supervisor of Technical Engineering, you will oversee a team of engineers and technicians in the design, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive security systems. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems such as CCTV, alarms, access control, and other related technologies.
• Ensure all technical work meets the required specifications and safety standards.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.
• Schedule work and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Identify training needs within the team and provide necessary support for skill development.
• Conduct routine testing on security systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues during installation or system operation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Offer technical support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.
• Prepare detailed technical reports on project progress, identified issues, and implemented solutions.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and well-organized for future reference.
• Participate in strategic planning and continuous improvement of technical procedures and processes.
• Identify and recommend new technologies or system enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security system installation and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of security systems, networking, and related hardware.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Possessing a TKBT II certificate is a plus.
• Must be willing to work outside the city.
