We are seeking dedicated, organized, and quick-learning individuals to fill the position of Operational Supervisor at our company. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage warehouse operations and ensure end-to-end order management runs efficiently and on time.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
  3. Experience in a supervisory or team management role in a warehouse environment.
  4. Ability to operate WMS (Warehouse Management System), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Accurate, and other related applications.
  5. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and order management processes.
  6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Effective communication and leadership skills.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks on time.
  9. Good time management skills and attention to detail.
  10. Willingness to work 6 days a week with 1 day off.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in storage and distribution of goods.
  2. Manage warehouse team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of employees.
  3. Use WMS to track and manage orders.
  4. Ensure that goods are received, stored, and dispatched according to established procedures.
  5. Optimize the use of warehouse space and resources to maximize efficiency.
  6. Coordinate and manage the order management process from receipt to dispatch, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Monitor order status and address any issues or delays that may arise.
  9. Use order management systems to track and manage orders.
  10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance and order management.
  11. Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  12. Develop performance metrics and KPIs to monitor operational efficiency.
