Job Description & Responsibilities:
· Assist the Site Manager / Manager in managing and coordinating daily operational activities
· Plan, create, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules in accordance with SOP and contractual requirements
· Supervise daily operations and maintenance (O&M) activities to ensure optimal system performance and reliability
· Oversee corrective maintenance activities and analyze root causes of failures
· Develop and implement strategies to prevent recurrence of technical issues and equipment breakdowns
· Supervise and guide engineers and technicians on-site
· Ensure all maintenance activities comply with technical standards, safety regulations, and HSE procedures
· Monitor equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance effectiveness
· Prepare and submit technical, maintenance, and performance reports
· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for troubleshooting, repairs, and spare parts
· Support audits, inspections, and customer site visits
· Identify opportunities for system improvement, optimization, and cost efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Maximum 35 years old
· Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineer in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) fields
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a technical discipline, preferably:
o Electrical Engineering
o Mechanical Engineering
· Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
· Strong technical analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
· Good leadership, communication, and coordination abilities
· Able to work independently and under pressure
· Familiar with preventive & corrective maintenance systems
· Proficient in technical reporting and MS Office
· Willing and ready to be stationed on-site in Makassar, South Sulawesi
· Preference will be given to candidates domiciled in Jakarta.
