Job Qualifiactions :

• Minimal graduated from Technical / Chemical High School or equivalent, diploma degree is advantages.
• Minimal 5 years experiences in chemical company or similar manufacturing field.
• Understanding in work safety and process safety of manufacturing
• Understanding in finishing production process flow
• No color blind is a must
• Familiar with production work instructions, production checklists, understand in basic operation DCS7 would be advantages.
• Strong leadership skills, good communication skills, role model for others.
• Understanding in English.

Job Desriptions :

• Efficiency and productivity 

Leads, arranges, organizes, directs, and controls all activities related to standardization, spray drying and packing personnel in order to maintain an efficient, harmonious and productive labor management relationship in order to fulfil required finished goods production demand in acceptable quantity and quality standard and specification. 

• Finishing Production Process Control 

Plans, organizes, directs and controls all production process parameters in Spray Drying section (carton box making, transferring, standardizing, spray drying, packing and washing) in order to ensure that standardization and spray drying processes are running smoothly appropriate to Standard Operational Procedures.

• Dry Milling and Powder Blending 

Arranges, organizes, directs, controls and leads dry milling and powder blending including synthetic dyes conversion process starting from charging, grinding, dry standardization, and filling of finished goods into packaging material, control FG weight, closing box, install product labels, palletizing and storing it into GR area. 

• Filling and Packing Process 

Arranges, organizes, directs, controls and leads filling and packing process of finished goods from spray dryers into packaging material, control FG weight, closing box, install product labels, palletizing and storing it into GR area.

• Sample taking and Production Record 

Organizes and maintains sample taking of running products to be sent to Quality Control to determine the quality, controls recording the production process parameter to guarantee production process is running smoothly according to SOP and safety guidelines. 

• Follows safety procedures and company policies 

Follows safety procedures and company policies for production equipment operation, such as carton box maker, standardization, spray dryer, filling machine, counter balance, closing box, vacuum lifter, etc. operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing to guaranty production equipment are being operated safely.

• Work Safety and Process Safety 

Follows and acts as role model all established work safety and process safety regulations to prevent potential work incident and accident.

• Follows work instructions 

Follows and works under the guidance of Production Shift Supervisor to be distributed to operators in order to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner.

• Production consumable materials 

Arranges, organizes, directs, and controls all incoming consumable production materials (incl. Packaging goods) for production appropriated to Transfer Order from warehouse, records and reports for any quantity and quality deviations in order to avoid stock deviations in the production area.

• Contributes to waste management program 

Contributes to maintain and reduce wastewater and solid waste generation appropriately, avoid any potential leakages in water sources.
