JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Identify key developers, architects, consultants, engineers for key projects in construction industry and market segments (commercial, industrials, infrastructure, residentials) related to company product portfolio in both waterproofing and fireproofing
• Plan and strategize for effective specification works based on project requirement, expected performance and budgeting, and defence spec works against competition
• Carry out product presentations to architects, consultants, engineers, & developers
• Establish strong relationships and maintain regular visits with key specifiers and identify continuous leads for specification works and defence specification work done
• Work closely with Sales Manager to organize and participate in product workshops/ seminars/ roadshows where required and necessary
• Continuous efforts in building up specification pipeline wealth to meet the given target and update effective progress of specification works using given template/ tools.
• Always proactive in continuous learning of product information and technical detailing in order to provide technical solutions to consultants, architects, and engineers
• Resourceful in knowing market trends and upcoming key projects, and market intelligence
• Participate in site mock-up and testing as and when require
• Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce on regular basis and ensure information is up to date

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Degree holder in Chemical/ Civil Engineering/Architects
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction industry
• Experience in specification works in construction industries will be an added advantage
• Speak and write fluently in English – presentation and public speaking abilities in English
• Able to work as a team and independently
• Require Indonesia driving license and possess own transport
• Result oriented
