Purpose of the position:

a.  Security System:

• To monitor, manage and ensure that all technology-based security systems operate effectively to protect proprietary information, company data, and general employee interactions.

• To review and analyse that all technology-based security systems are in accordance with the latest technology and according to the needs of the company to support operations.

b.  Security Compliance:

• Create new procedure to improvements non-existing procedures in the security department to be comply with government regulation and the security management system.

• To monitor, manage and ensure that all procedures in the security department are in accordance with OBVITNAS, ISPS Code and the security management system.

• To review, analyse and recommend modifying procedures or improving existing procedures in the security department to comply with government regulations and OBVITNAS including ISPS Code.

c.  Security Project & Maintenance:

• To maintain all security assets in order function properly, assets consist of electronic security systems and physical security systems.

• To monitor, direct, report and coordinate any issues within the security systems project/maintenance to the appropriate resources for problem solving so that the project goes according to plan.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field required

• Obtaining Certificate Pengawas Operational Pratama (POP), Certificate Gada Utama Security

• Preferred or Specialized: Obtaining Certificate Pengawas Operational Madya (POM)

• Auditor Security Management System Obvitnas, Auditor ISPS Code

Certification:

• Certified Security Systems Professional (CSSP) or equivalent.

• ISPS Code Certification (preferred).

• OBVITNAS-related certification (preferred).

• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.

• Basic Safety and Security Training.
