Some of your duties will include:

  • Support Workforce Planning and Hiring Needs Execution by coordinating with user departments to gather approved hiring requests and validate alignment with the manpower budget; assist in documenting hiring needs and collecting relevant job information (e.g., coordinate with user & HR-OD for job descriptions, required qualifications); support the update of new or replacement positions in HR systems, including reporting lines and employment details.

  • Implement recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.

  • Proactive Job Posting and Sourcing Activities: prepare and publish job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates and effectively build and engage with talent communities through approved media outlets, job platforms, professional referrals, universities, recruitment agencies, and internal systems; review posting language and branding for consistency with company standards.

  • Manage CV Screening and Shortlisting Support by screening incoming applications using pre-defined criteria and sharing shortlisted CVs with relevant hiring managers; follow up with user departments to collect feedback on shortlists; schedule preliminary interviews or meetings between candidates and user departments as required.

  • Determine applicant qualifications by proactively coordinating Interviews and Assessments with users; prepare interview templates and candidate summaries; administer and monitor psychometric or technical assessments, collect results, and document final selection decisions; evaluate applicants by verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

  • Coordinate Offer Documentation for Non-Staff roles by collecting candidate expectations and compensation details; assist in preparing Offer Letters (LOO) and Letters of Agreement (LOA) for review and signature; ensure proper filing and dispatch of offer documents.

  • Schedule Pre-Employment MCU for selected candidates, follow up with medical providers, ensure documents are recorded in HR systems (e.g., BRMS), and coordinate additional testing or clarifications as required.

  • Assist New Employee Onboarding and Mobilization by supporting travel, accommodation, uniform, work equipment, and access arrangements; ensure documents are completed and signed; liaise with relevant departments to prepare work tools and site access; coordinate onboarding programs with Training, HRIS, Safety, and IT.

  • Support Internal Recruitment activities with the same standards as external processes; coordinate with HRIS and HROD for updates to employee records; ensure confidentiality and fairness in internal movements.

  • Ensure Compliance with Recruitment Procedures by following established processes, documenting steps, and maintaining checklists; participate in internal training or briefings on recruitment practices and compliance.

  • Support Employer Branding by providing content and support to Corporate Communications for social media hiring posts; coordinate logistics for career fairs, walk-in interviews, and campus hiring events.

  • Coordinate with user departments and HR-OD regarding hiring needs and job requirements.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. Equivalent combinations of training and experience may be considered.

  • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in mining, oil & gas, EPC, or other project-based industries.

  • High-volume recruitment experience and HR exposure is preferable.

  • Experience in multinational companies is an advantage.

  • Be able to apply full-cycle recruitment practices, including technical and non-technical hiring and talent sourcing.

  • Be able to implement competency-based recruitment and behavioral interviewing techniques, ensuring alignment with job advertisement standards and documentation.

  • Be able to use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)

  • Be able to communicate effectively in both Indonesian and English across all recruitment processes.

  • Willing to be placed at Sumbawa Barat, NTB
