Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sourcing Engineer (Stationed Batam) di perusahaan Wise Ally Holdings Limited untuk domisili Batam & Kepulauan Riau dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang kita butuhkan adalah Pembelian, Pengadaan & Inventaris (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of electronic components/specifications, and plastic /metal /packing commodity, processing and cost analysis.

  • Analyzing of component markets for availability, cost, and obsolescence risks in SEA.

  • Sourcing and qualifying components from SEA suppliers.

  • Managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Mitigating risks related to component shortages or obsolescence.

  • Collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to ensure component compatibility.

  • Cost optimization and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Reading and interpret schematics, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical drawings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  • Proven experience in sourcing and procurement.

  • Minimum 4 years’ work-related experience preferably with an MNC.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and sourcing tools.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills and strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environment.

  • Experience in manufacturing, electronics, contract manufacturing.

  • Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., RoHS, REACH, ISO 9001, TS16949, ISO13485).

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Frequent travel to suppliers / CM factory / industry trade shows. 

  • Proficiency in verbal in Chinese is a must. Fluency in English is also required.
