About Our Client

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and on-going maintenance, design, and support of existing technology solutions including creating and maintaining functional documentation.
• Working with internal and external resources, analyze business processes for a functional area, module, or project to identify and implement the best solution that meets the needs of the business function.
• Act as Tier 2 production support handling complex issues across the business and technology landscape, working directly with developers. on issue resolution and new functionality design, and with both on-site and off-shore resources, as required.
• Follow established testing procedures to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested during development and prior to production release including creating and maintaining testing scripts and documentation.
• Continuously expand knowledge in area of specialization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in business systems and applications development and implementation
• Solid experience of SAP experience in FICO and/or integrated modules
• Minimum of one full cycle SAP implementation completion
• Strong understanding of SAP SD and SAP MM processes and how they integrate into FICO
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills – must be able to work effectively as part of a project team and foster team cooperation as well as work with all levels of the business up to and including the CIO
• Must be able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Stays current with rapidly changing technology and applies it to business needs.
