Solution Business Architect

About the Role

At PT Minergo Visi Maxima, we combine technology, research, and data to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability in mining operations.

As a Solution Business Architect, you will support the design and implementation of Minergo’s integrated technology systems — connecting field data, digital platforms, and business processes to enable smarter mining operations.

You’ll work closely with senior architects, engineers, and business teams to translate operational challenges into scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and documentation of solution architecture across IoT, cloud, and operational systems.

  • Support integration between hardware (sensors, GPS, MDVRs) and data platforms.

  • Conduct requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications.

  • Evaluate and test system interoperability, data flow, and performance efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are aligned with project objectives.

  • Provide technical input and prepare presentation materials for clients or internal stakeholders.

  • Participate in site visits for technical assessments and deployment validation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or system integration (preferably in industrial or technology-based projects).

  • Familiar with IoT systems, API integration, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Basic understanding of mining operations, telemetry, or digital transformation is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork ability.

  • Willing to travel for business trips or on-site project support

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Grafana, or Tableau).

  • Knowledge of edge computing, industrial IoT platforms, or real-time data streaming.

  • Familiar with Python or Node.js for data handling and integration scripting.

  • Understanding of UML, BPMN, or other process modeling tools.

  • Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).

  • Prior involvement in mining technology, digital fleet management, or SCADA/telemetry projects
