Requirements

• Minimum 2 (two) years of working experience preferably as a Solution Architect (experience in a System Integrator Company).
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree.
• Having delivered for Reputable IT Principal (such as IBM, Oracle, HP, Dell, and F5) will be a good point.
• Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
• Communicate persuasively and follow through with actions and decisions with a sense of urgency.
• Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self-driven.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.

Job Description

• Lead presales team.
• Lead the team of deal architects to build the right price and solution for the customers.
• As a Project hunter, work closely with the sales team.
• Follow up for the opportunity and other prospect.
• Work closely with all internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements for the development of design and solutions.
• Provide complete solution design documents, including process flows and integration plan.
• Presentation of total solution.
• Support for Proposal.
• Prepare for budgeting of the solution (Revenue, and Margin).
• Create brochure for the new solution.
• Support for Proof of Concept.
• Market analysis for product positioning.
• Prioritizing product features and capabilities (in house product).
• Responsible for infrastructure product (storage, security tools).
• Research for the Artificial Intelligence technology.
• Product specialist security product end point protection, data loss prevention, Secure mobile access.
• Maintain relationship with distributor principal.
• Product update for sales internal team.
• Analysis about possibility to do integration between product.
• Research product in the market for the optional propose to the customer.
• Supporting for tender (public private sector) on the technical matter.
• Build KPI (Key Performance Index) category for team member.
• Monitoring upcoming running project.
