Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with significant experience in solution architecture.

• Prefer having Technical Leader, Project Management and Delivery experience for more than 3 years (Java Springboot, Golang, Angular).

• Proven track record of leading architecture teams and delivering large-scale, complex IT solutions.

• Expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), Microservices, APIs, and enterprise system integration.

• Strong understanding of various technology domains, including software development, data architecture, security, and infrastructure.

• Experience with DevOps practices, automation, and modern technology stacks.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow a team of architects, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term goals.

• Exceptional communication skills, able to influence and drive alignment among cross-functional teams and senior executives.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the overall IT architecture strategy in alignment with the company’s business goals and technology roadmap.

• Produces specifications of cloud-based or on-premises components, tiers and interfaces, for translation into detailed designs using selected services and products.

• Lead and manage a team of solution architects, ensuring high-quality delivery of architectural designs and solutions.

• Develop and maintain architecture principles, guidelines, and methodologies to ensure consistency across all projects.

• Oversee the integration of architectural solutions across different teams and departments, ensuring coherence and interoperability.

• Lead technology evaluations and provide recommendations on new tools, platforms, and frameworks to enhance business capabilities.

• Oversee the design and delivery of IT solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.

• Review and approve architectural designs created by solution architects, ensuring they meet both business and technical needs.

• Provide high-level architectural guidance on complex and critical projects, particularly in areas involving cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.

• Build and lead a high-performing solution architecture team by recruiting, training, and mentoring solution architects.

• Set clear goals, expectations, and performance standards for the architecture team to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business leaders, translating business needs into actionable architectural plans.

• Communicate architectural decisions, risks, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ensure that all solutions comply with regulatory standards, security policies, and data protection requirements.

• Lead efforts to mitigate risks associated with technology changes, ensuring that architecture designs are robust and future-proof.
