Job description & requirements

What you will do:
As a Solution Admin, you will support all of the administrative tasks of the Strategic Partnership team to have a smooth partnership activity and achieve our revenue targets such as:

• Assist in managing the agreement docs
• Submit the SKU to the Finance team
• Input selling items, menu, pricing, and maintaining stock
• Create voucher
• Organize & update the partnership (vendor & partner) databases
• Input PR & PO request

You’ll fit in this job if you:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
• Have working experience in an e-commerce/OTA/Shipping company will be an advantage
• Accustomed to managing data & documents
• Proficient in Google Spreadsheet functions, formulas, and reporting
• Familiar with Purchase Order & Purchase Requisition
• Familiar with iSeller & Netsuite will be an advantage
• Willing to be based in Bandung
