Software Quality Assurance Manager
Placement in Alam Sutera, South Tangerang (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, mentoring and training to Quality Assurance Engineers (15-20 engineers from different Squad),, with the aim of making work more effective and efficient.
- Formulating, implementing and evaluating Quality Assurance methodologies and processes in accordance with best practices, with the aim of better product quality.
- Controlling the implementation of testing on business flow and application performance with the aim of ensuring product quality
- Control the team’s analysis of application problems/bugs to reduce bugs when the system is released
- Ensuring software development standards, processes and procedures are implemented, as well as providing recommendations regarding best-practice.
- Measuring SQA metrics across software development projects
- Review application/service releases
- Planning the completion of product development in the Quality Assurance department
Role Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior SQA or a Senior SDET or a QA Manager with proven evidence of leadership and technical role model
- Experience in using Test Automation (Katalon, Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, etc) and API (postman)
- Expert on best practice of Test Engineering flows, either manual test or automation test.
- Experience in using Stress/Load Test tools (JMeter, K6, Locust, etc)
- Understand seeing code (Python, NodeJS, ReactJS, or others)
