Visi Prima is an e-learning startup that is bringing up the most advanced digital classroom platform and teaching methodology for South East Asia. As a Software QA Engineer, you will help us ensure our application experience is great, usable and functional alongside the software development team. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist – we are hiring more QA staff to join our team and oversee the quality of our mobile products and services that our organization produces. Quality Assurance Specialist responsibilities include developing quality standards, conducting tests and identifying issues in the production of our products or services. Ultimately, you will work with a team to ensure our final products meet our organization’s standards across the board.

Responsibilities:

• Testing web and mobile devices to ensure their configuration, operation, and capabilities work efficiently.
• Working with product managers, and development teams to test and optimize mobile products.
• Developing automated test scripts and frameworks for improved mobile app performance
• Analyzing the Features and User Stories and design documents.
• Producing clear and concise test reports and releasing notes to co-workers when needed.
• Preparing Test plan, Test Scenarios, Test cases, test data setup
• Execution of test cases, testing, System Integration testing
• Providing feedback to development teams on technical, troubleshooting, or operational issues.
• Assisting with the configuration of test environments.
• Suggesting new processes and policies to improve mobile development techniques.
• Communicate and collaborate well within the team and all other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK and WRITE IN ENGLISH PROFICIENTLY
• Bachelor in engineering, computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a similar degree.
• Fresh Graduate is also welcome
• Two years’ or more experience in web and mobile application manual testing and development will be plus
• Working knowledge of web browser application
• Working knowledge of mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet challenging deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using any test management tool is also a plus.
• Good team player who can communicate effectively and be a listener.
• Familiar with Agile software development practices.
• Be self-motivated, active and help communicate to ensure the team is on the same page
• Experience in using configuration management or version control tools is a plus
• Knowledge for Android Studio for mobile development is a plus
• Test Automation using Selenium, Katalon, or the other module is a plus
