We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist – we are hiring a QA team leader and more QA staff to join our team and oversee the quality of our mobile products and services that our organization produces. Quality Assurance Specialist responsibilities include developing quality standards, conducting tests and identifying issues in the production of our products or services. Ultimately, you will work with a team to ensure our final products meet our organization’s standards across the board.

Responsibilities:

• Testing web and mobile devices to ensure their configuration, operation, and capabilities work efficiently.
• Working with product managers, and development teams to test and optimize mobile products.
• Developing automated test scripts and frameworks for improved mobile app performance
• Analyzing the Features and User Stories and design documents.
• Producing clear and concise test reports and releasing notes to co-workers when needed.
• Preparing Test plan, Test Scenarios, Test cases, test data setup
• Execution of test cases, testing, System Integration testing
• Providing feedback to development teams on technical, troubleshooting, or operational issues.
• Assisting with the configuration of test environments.
• Suggesting new processes and policies to improve mobile development techniques.
• Communicate and collaborate well within the team and all other stakeholders.
• Extra Responsibility for QA Team Leader:
• Manage, monitor, and evaluate the QA team
• Manage the timing and policy of update deployment
• Report to the supervisor/coordinator

Requirements:

• MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK and WRITE IN ENGLISH PROFICIENTLY
• Bachelor in engineering, computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a similar degree.
• At least two years’ experience in mobile application testing and development.
• Working knowledge of mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet challenging deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using any test management tool.
• Good team player who can communicate effectively and be a listener.
• Familiar with Agile software development practices.
• Be self-motivated, active and help communicate to ensure the team is on the same page
• Experience in using configuration management or version control tools is a plus
• Experience in Manual and Test Automation using Selenium or the other module is a plus
