Puri Bunda is looking for a dynamic Software Engineer to build fast backends and powerful frontends, readable clean code, measurable, and testable for fast-growing chained-hospital digital application and website.

Role and responsibilities, and how will the role impact Puri Bunda?

You will be:

• Driving software solutions development by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle. 

• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions.

• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clean code.

• Supporting solution architects, scrum masters, and development teams with delivering enterprise-grade backend systems to clients.

• We will rely on your technical leadership and ingenuity to stay up to date on the latest in frontend and backend development stacks, system integration, security, APIs, middlewares, cloud, DevOps.

How do you know if you are a good fit?

Study and Working Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems (IS), Computer Science or related field, or equivalent related IT experience.

• Have a strong logic and technical problem-solving skill.

• Strong in software engineering principles (Clean Architecture, Domain Driven Design, SOLID principle, etc.) that enable you to analyze, propose and implement a solution using good software engineering principles.

• 1 – 3 years of experience in professional enterprise software development and agile development methodology.

• Experience in working with clients in a hospital/healthcare product area or software agency is a plus.

 Technical Experience & Expected Skills:

• Mandatory:

  • Proficient in basic web concept (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JS, JQurey, PHP)

  • Proficient in PHP Framework Laravel/Nodejs & VueJs

  • Proficient in DBMS MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL

  • Have a good versioning knowledge (GitHub)

  • Solid foundation and experience in Unit Test automation

• Will be a plus point if you have :

  • Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and pair programming

  • Experience in FE Flutter 

  • Experience in BE NestJS

  • Experienced in DevOps and building Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline

Expected Mindset and Soft-skill Set:

• Keen interest and willing to explore new methods and other technologies (such as, NextJS,, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Serverless, Machine Learning, Blockchain, etc).

• Strong written and oral communication skills in Bahasa to be able to convey complex concepts to non-technical constituents.

• Proactive during group discussions for system design, troubleshooting and solving technical challenges.

• A team player who enjoys and is able to adapt to working in a fast-paced, high intensity team environment.

•  Ability to explain concepts, share experience, transfer knowledge and upskill other team members.

•  Take responsibilities and ownerships of the product development.

• Positive, self-motivated & resourceful individual who can complete tasks independently.
