PT Indonesia Cahaya Cendekiawan, a company operating in the edu-tech and digital publishing sector, as well as the digital industry through its first digital wisdom marketplace platform called iCoachChannel (iCC AI), is in immediate need of several top candidates to fill the position of Fullstack Software Engineer.

Our Requirements:

Summary/objective: Contributing to the Development by Knowing its Impact for the business and Ensure reliability of software solutions that are developed.

Essential Functions: Support and develop software solutions based on business needs and act as team enabler. Staff level includes mid – early stage of managerial.

Classification:

• Write well-designed, clean and testable code.
• Develop software solutions by studying business processes and conferring with users.
• Lead development of software solutions in collaboration with technical, operational and product teams.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle and ensure engineering teams follow industry best practices.
• Contributing to pre-preparation document plan (PRD) by Conducting meetings with related entities (internal/external teams).
• Design software architectures based on business requirements.
• Proficiency in test-driven development.
• Experience in using Source Control Systems (Github/Gitlab).
• Experience using CI/CD systems.
• Suggesting possible alternative solutions with pros and cons as well as estimating the complexity/effort for the proposed solution.
• Work closely with Engineering manager/VP Engineering and Product Manager.

Reports to:

• Group Head of Engineering and Chief Executive Officer

Competency:

• Experience with test-driven development is a MUST.
• Ability to create good documentation and software specifications.
• Experience in development of distributed/high availability and scalable systems (with high volumes transaction).
• Experience AWS and GCP is a plus.
• Experience in Golang at least 3 years for and Experience in Node.js/Nest.js is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases (Postgres and MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB) and ORM technologies.
• Proficiency in Domain Driven Design.
• Experience in one of Frontend Stack (React/Svelte).

Supervisory responsibilities:

• Act as Buddy and Supervising Junior Engineers
• Gives feedback to Improve newly joiner/Junior Engineers

Work Environment/Location: Remote and Onsite (Hybrid)

Expected hours of work: Full-time

Required education: High School – Vocational High School / Bachelor in Information Technology

Preferred education: Bachelor in Information Technology

Other duties:

• Peer reviewing colleagues work according to coding standards.
• Actively participate in daily scrums and meetings.
• Responsibilities sometimes are not just code but also need to support business flow as needed.
