About the role

Podwerx Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and driven Social Media & Video Executive to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful social media and video content strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support the company’s overall marketing objectives.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating and curating engaging social media content (text, images, videos, and reels) across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

• Developing and managing social media calendars and content plans to ensure a consistent brand presence

• Monitoring and responding to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborating with the marketing team to design, film, and edit high-quality video content for social media and other marketing channels

• Analysing social media and video performance metrics to identify trends and optimise content strategies

• Staying up-to-date with the latest social media and video marketing trends and best practices

• Supporting the broader marketing team with other tasks as needed

• Maintenance of website on Wix.com

What we’re looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management and video production

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices

• Proficiency in creating engaging and visually appealing content, including the use of design and video editing tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and innovations

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
